NORTHERN ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY,
A JOINT MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC POWER AGENCY
ORGANIZED PURSUANT TO 65 ILCS 5/11-119.1

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Illinois Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/1.01, that a regular meeting of
the NORTHERN ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY (NIMPA) will be held Thursday, February
22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., at the City of Batavia Government Center, 1st floor Appleton Conference Room, 100 N.
Island Ave. in Batavia, Illinois. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
